Haven4Change, Inc. is licensed (#810260) by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a Residential Transitional Living facility .The mission of Haven4Change is to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing and supportive services in a nurturing environment with the goal of facilitating and encouraging successful recovery from substance abuse and its related barriers. Haven4Change, Inc. is designed to serve women 18 years of age or older, recovering from substance abuse and dependency, and their children ages 12 and younger.
Haven4Change has two locations. One facility in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky and another in Scottsville, Allen County, KY . Each resident commits to a 6 – 12 month program that begins and revolves around recovery. Case management is provided by a licensed person with experience in substance abuse treatment. Residents are screened before admission and participate in an intensive assessment addressing every aspect of their lives. They are required to meet weekly with the case manager to monitor progress, discuss problems, evaluate progress and set goals.
